iron Whey protein

With so many different supplements on the market, it can be difficult to know how to choose the best protein powder in Canada. Every company is out there claiming they have the best protein, the cleanest protein, the highest concentration of protein, and more. This inundation of information may skew your ability to choose a protein powder wisely and you could end up with something of low quality.

But choosing the best protein powder in Canada does not have to be a challenge. The best thing you can do about your health is to educate yourself about it. When you are putting supplements in your body you will want to know how they work, what is in them, and what benefits you will get from consuming them.

What type of protein are you looking for?

Protein powder is an umbrella term for a lot of different types of protein. These can include BCAA (branched-chain amino acid) proteins, collagen proteins, whey proteins, ISO proteins, and more. They all serve different purposes and have different concentrates of protein in them. For example, ISO protein is highly concentrated and cleaner than whey protein and for that reason often comes at a higher cost. Collagen protein is a different type of protein than BCAA protein, which includes the essential nutrients leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

To best determine which protein powder is for you, first, you must learn the reasons you need it for. If you are a hardcore athlete who is training and burning copious amounts of protein every day, going for an ISO protein or Whey protein could serve your needs better than a collagen protein. On the other hand, having a collagen protein supplement to aid in your fitness for lower-key activities is also a great choice. Adding a scoop of collagen supplement into your daily diet when you spend an hour at the gym could help you see better results than not using it.

What is in the bottle?

Depending on your location, there will be different laws for what is required to be put on packaging. Nutrition facts change from country to country. In Canada, you are required by law to list your ingredients accurately. That being said, sometimes ingredients can be a little confusing. Have you ever seen Yellow-5 on an ingredient list? Do you know what Yellow-5 even is? Most people do not know or care to find out. You should be focusing your attention on clean products with clean ingredients if you want the best results.

At Iron Fit Canada, the motto has always been, “What’s on the label, is in the bottle.” It’s simple and it’s effective. There is no more confusion about what you are consuming because it’s right there in front of you. With no added hormones, GMO, soy, or any other fillers, you are only getting high-quality clean supplements and none of the mystery stuff other companies put into their supplements to fill them out. And with several different types of proteins to choose from, you will have an excellent array of choices.

  1. Can I just say what a comfort to find somebody who truly understands what theyre talking about on the net. You certainly understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people really need to look at this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely possess the gift.

  2. Good question. If you look at the bottom of the ingredients list, you will see that you can switch between the US customary to the metric system, where you have the ingredients in grams, so you can use a scale, to measure the cake. I think that if you use cake (which is probably moister and absorbs less liquid) instead of crackers, you might have to use more cake, so you can keep the balance between dry and wet ingredients. Graham crackers are dry, so they will absorb the amount of butter and heavy cream mixture, but the cake has a different texture, and it needs less liquid. Another option would be to use the same amount of cake(measured in grams) but less liquid. Add the liquid slowly and use your own judgment when to stop, as it all depends on how dry the cake is. The whole thing is to make sure that you do not end up with a soupy mixture. In that case, add more cake to balance it. Let me know how it went and thank you for writing.
