SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKING
All orders placed by 1 PM PST SHIP OUT ON THE SAME DAY! We do not have any delays on OUR ends. However, Canada Post is experiencing high volumes AND staff shortages so shipping is taking a bit longer than usual. Please do not worry. Check your tracking. If it says IN TRANSIT it means it is still IN TRANSIT. If it says DELIVERED and you did not get it, please wait 24h and then contact us with as much information as possible.

Due to adverse weather conditions including flooding, rockslides and mudslides in B.C., there are multiple road closures affecting ground transportation of mail and parcels across Western Canada. Customers may experience some delays in receiving items.
Tracking is only updated when Canada Post picks up your packages from our store.


TRACKING NOT UPDATING
If you placed your order after 2PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, Canada Post DOES NOT WORK, meaning that your tracking will be updated during the following business days. Please wait until Tuesday for your tracking link to be updated.


DAMAGES/ORDER MISTAKES
Please email us as much information as possible. Full name, email, shipping address, order number, pictures of damaged items or wrong items, pictures of the outside and inside of the box. Don’t worry we will take care of everything for you in a timely manner and the faster we receive all this information, the faster we can file complete claims with Canada Post!

How much are the shipping fees?

Here are the delivery costs applicable according to your order and region.

 

Canada

Shipping is free on any order of $99.99 or more. This is accounted for before taxes and after any discount (or coupon) applied, if so.

Some exceptions may apply in remote areas. (See information below)

$0-$99.99 = $18.99

$99.99 + = Free shipping

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

If your order is still “in process”, it is possible to send us an email at info@xpnworld.com to cancel it. If, however, it is shipped, you must wait for receipt of the order to return it to us (at your expense).

 

How to track my order?

When your order is processed / shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it via the shipping company used (Purolator, Canada Post or UPS).
